Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Ducati Owners Club of Victoria Incorporated (Association registration number A0000080B) will be held on the evening of:

Tuesday 20 June 2023, from 8:00pm at the Manningham Hotel, 1 Thompsons Road Bulleen, VIC, 3105.

All Members are welcome to attend, however, please register your attendance. 

Two items of business will be considered by members at this Annual General Meeting:

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on 21 June 2022 (you must have been present at this meeting to confirm), and
2. Adopt the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2023.

Elections will also be held at this Annual General Meeting for the following Committee positions:

• President (Nominee: Oliver Barrett)
• Secretary (Nominee: Orlando Iluffi - Incumbent Secretary) 
• Club Captain (Nominee: Chris Williams)
• Spares Officer (Nominee: Daryl Grant - Incumbent Spares Officer)

How to vote - voting is easy:

1. Attend the Annual General Meeting and vote online after 8:00pm, but before the cutoff time nominated by the returning officer, or
2. Fill out the form with your vote preferences, accessed online once the poll is open for voting (here) 

Note: Only Members who are entitled to vote may vote, this includes Full Members, Life Members and Family Members (Family Memberships have voting rights for 2 adults). Members under the age of 18 are not entitled to vote. The proxy will be the Chair of the Annual General Meeting. Proxy votes must be lodged no later than June 20, 2023, 8:00pm.
