WEBSITE RELATED FAQ's
Despite what you may be experiencing, this website is fully functional and operating properly. If you were a previous member, or ever visited the old docv.org site, you could experience some challenges all of which are easily fixed and addressed in the FAQ's below.
Q. I am trying to login to this website but my password does not work.
A. Your password to the old DOCV website will not work here. Click on the login icon on the top right and click the "Forgot password" option and an email will be sent to the email address we have on record for you with instructions on how to proceed.
Q. When I try to reset my password, I get an "email not found" error.
A. If you were not a paid-up member as of 31 January 2021, you will need to re-join
Q. When I click on a menu option, the "Join" button or some other link, I get a 'page not found' error.
A. If you have ever visited our old site, its likely that your browser has cached the address for that old URL. You will need to clear your browser cache to make this work again.
Q. I am a past member and I would like to renew. What should I do?
A. Please go ahead and re-join. Only paid-up members as of 31 January, can do a renewal on this new website. If you would like to retain your Fun Day number, simply send a message to Webmaster below.
Q. I have paid for my renewal, have you received my payment?
A. There was a short period around the end of January during which if you paid, you may not have received an electronic receipt. You can easily verify that we received you payment by checking the membership tab of your profile. If it says Renewal Due on 1 March 2022, we have your payment.
